TERMS OF SERVICE

I retain original copyright and ownership of the commissioned work. This includes the right to display the work on my website, social media, portfolio, or during live streams unless otherwise agreed upon

  • Full prepayment via lava.top (payment through PayPal is available on this site) or Boosty (only card payment options)

  • Deadline is 2 weeks after sketch approval

  • Clients are granted exclusive rights for personal use only. The work may not be transferred, resold, or redistributed to any third parties

  • You don't have the right for commercial use of my art unless it was specifically discussed

  • Clients must provide all necessary references, character designs, poses, and style details at the start of the process

  • Feel free to ask for progress updates

  • English is not my first language. Be prepared for questions if there is any misunderstanding between us

  • I don't do refunds

  • Feel free to tell me about any necessary corrections while it's still a sketch. Only minor changes will be accepted after that however drastic changes may cost extra

  • Clients may not claim, alter, trace, or copy the commissioned work as their own. Proper credit must be given when the work is posted online
